Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Care Navigator to serve as the first point of contact for member and provider inquiries.

This hybrid role requires on-site attendance at our Williamsville location, with responsibilities spanning benefits, scheduling, provider searches, and care resources. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months of customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare-related or social services setting preferred.
• Ability to build cohesive relationships and educate members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a customer advocate by listening to understand the scope of needs.
• Navigate systems to locate information for inquiries.
• Handle inquiries on benefits, eligibility, provider billing, and claims.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and resource referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of benefit plans and policies.
• Mentor new Care Navigation associates.
