Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking a full‑time Cardiothoracic Radiologist within the Radiology Department.

The selected candidate will interpret thoracic imaging studies, develop clinical service lines, and participate in weekend call. The role includes teaching medical students, residents, and fellows and engaging in cardiothoracic imaging research. Hybrid and/or remote work options will be considered.

Qualifications

• ABR‑eligible or certified.
• Fellowship‑trained with cardiothoracic imaging competency.
• Eligible for Harvard Medical School academic appointment (Instructor/Asst/Assoc Professor).
• Strong academic and teaching credentials.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report thoracic imaging studies (chest CT, lung cancer screening CT, chest radiographs, cardiovascular CTA).
• Develop and lead clinical service lines within Cardiothoracic Imaging Division.
• Participate in weekend plain‑film call pool.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to the imaging research portfolio.
