Responsibilities

• Engage in due diligence and business analysis including financial modelling and valuation, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Participate in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments.
• Communicate and defend investment theses to internal committees.
• Actively monitor existing investments in the portfolio.
• Originate investment ideas via early engagement with sponsors and management teams.
• Build relationships with sponsors, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
