Job summary

University of California, Merced is seeking a Campus Card Systems Analyst reporting to the Identity & Access Management Manager. The role designs, implements, and supports enterprise campus card and access management solutions (CSGold) serving student, admin, and auxiliary services.

You will lead integrations with Oracle ERP, Ellucian SIS, Salesforce, and other systems, while coordinating with campuses and vendors; strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/IT.
• 4+ years in Campus Card or physical access.
• 4+ years in a large IT org.
• 6 years in financial student systems.
• Advanced business/process analysis.
• CSGold Access/Student ID/Platform design.
• Experience leading IT finance projects.
• Knowledge of housing and access management.
• Use-case modeling and user stories.
• CSGold and Micros POS knowledge.
• Self-motivated, independent and team player.
• Flexible for cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written/spoken communication.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/ Ellucian/ Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced business analysis to define complex systems scope and objectives.
• Lead projects and collaborate across IT, campus, and UC teams; produce docs.
• Support production, upgrades, changes, and user requests; on-call rotation.
• Coordinate cross-module integrations and validate new functionality.
