Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Spike a multitasking proof of concept quickly to provide a yes-or-no answer.
• Cut Scrum warm-up times and ensure system wakefulness for NY users.
• Build GraphQL self-service tools to reduce ticket filings by Rochester teams.
• Defend uptime during on-call pages, including late-night shifts.
