Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Transition Processing Specialist to join a brokerage Operations team focused on accurate and timely processing of client account paperwork, openings, and maintenance. The role supports transitioning financial professionals and ensures proper paperwork for client signatures across multiple hubs.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relatable or transferable work experience; financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Must become proficient with NetX360, Wealthscape, FEI, Salesforce, eQuipt and other backoffice functions.
• Knowledge of securities industry rules and best practices in brokerage account operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review data provided by financial professionals and generate all necessary paperwork for client signature.
• Provide high level service and support to independent financial advisors nationwide.
• Review, process, and follow up on brokerage and non-brokerage account requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within brokerage Operations.
• Cross-train across department functions to back up teammates and handle workflow surges.
• Interact with clearing firm on routine brokerage account processing; provide timely updates in systems.
