TITLE Boxing Club Chicago - Lincoln Park | Wicker Park is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Coach to lead our Box + Sculpt sessions. You don’t need boxing expertise on day one; we’ll train you to deliver high-energy, coachable classes that blend heavy-bag boxing with Pilates-inspired sculpt work.

The role emphasizes motivation, connection, and memorable group workouts. Ideal candidates are Pilates/yoga/sculpt/barre or general group fitness instructors with a passion for coaching and energy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• A nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, NETA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates, barre, etc.).
• Background in Pilates, yoga, sculpt, barre, or group fitness encouraged.

Responsabilités

• On-Brand Classes: Deliver on-brand hybrid boxing + sculpt workouts.
• Connect and Engage: arrive early, engage with members and first-timers.
• Professional Development: attend monthly staff meetings and workshops.
• Lead by Example: maintain energy, proper technique, and safe coaching cues.
• Team Player: assist front of house with pre- and post-class duties.
