Centria Autism offers a Hybrid BCBA role that blends remote supervision and in-person client work. You will lead ABA therapy across settings, supported by our clinical and operational teams, to deliver impactful care.

The role requires weekly in-person supervision, involvement with families, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure assent-based, individualized behavior plans and data-driven progress reviews.

Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $85,000-$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
