Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programs that prioritize communication, independence, and self-advocacy, supporting clients with autism. You’ll contribute to ethical, trauma-informed care and participate in mentorship and continuous professional development.

The role includes supervising RBTs, collaborating with dually certified SLP-BCBAs, and working within a team focused on clinical quality and personalized outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Engage in mentorship and ongoing training opportunities.
