Magical Moments ABA in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized intervention plans and data-driven treatment improvements. The role requires residing in Virginia and experience with ASD, with opportunities for in-person or remote supervision of staff when appropriate.
Compensation includes a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 annually or $85–$100 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes
Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls
Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement
Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change
Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis
Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments
Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff
Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Must reside in Virginia
Experience providing services to individuals with ASD
Prioritize the care of clients and their families in all treatment and practices
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Effective written and oral communication skills to promote quality care
Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
