Placements24 is seeking an experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to design and implement robust, scalable blockchain solutions in Welkom. The role centers on translating business needs into technical blueprints and overseeing secure blockchain deployments.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, evaluate platforms, and guide development teams while maintaining best practices in cryptography and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 5+ years software architecture/design experience, at least 2 years in blockchain.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions, including network architecture and smart contracts.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and blueprints.
• Evaluate platforms, consensus algorithms, and development tools.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
