Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of BIM usage or BIM management within A/E/C.
• Demonstrated experience leading BIM coordination for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM workflows, 3D model development, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and libraries.
• Partner with project teams to align BIM models with objectives and client requirements.
• Oversee model management, file-sharing, and BIM coordination across design and construction.
• Mentor BIM staff and lead coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
