Job summary

Midco is seeking a Billing Analyst to provide analytical support, reporting, and strategic insights across billing operations in a hybrid role based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. You will evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design monitoring frameworks, support tax reporting and compliance analytics, and help enhance billing system integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field.
• Two years of accounting, finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and enhancement of telecom business processes with automation and reporting.
• Develop monitoring and reporting frameworks for equipment and systems.
• Analyze ServiceNow performance metrics and ticket reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to design data validation and reporting solutions.
• Ensure tax reporting and compliance analytics and timely filings.
• Collaborate across organization to improve data integrity and outcomes.
