Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Data Architect in the United States (Hybrid) to lead data architecture strategies for large-scale data systems. You will design, implement, and govern data pipelines, models, and governance to deliver scalable, high-performing data solutions that enable AI and analytics at scale.

You will mentor data engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and stay ahead of industry trends in big data architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degrees in business analytics, computer science, or statistics.
Master's degree in data science is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data architecture strategies to support business goals.
Lead the design and implementation of big data solutions and data pipelines.
