Optum Behavioral Care in Bristol, CT is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) embedded within Pro Health primary care.

You will deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health care as part of a multidisciplinary team, using the Collaborative Care Model and measurement-based care to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions using in-person and virtual modalities.
• Screen, assess, and diagnose common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and care team members.
• Track patient progress using measurement-based care and adjust treatment as needed.
• Support psychotropic medication management by monitoring adherence, side effects, and response.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions in person and via telehealth.
