Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading clinical teams in ABA settings.
• Strong ability to influence care quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and outcomes across client programs.
• Manage assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation.
• Approve treatment plans prior to payer submission.
• Lead and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care.
