Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month while the rest of the work can be done remotely.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain is required/eligible.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
