BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Nebraska to deliver ABA services with a hybrid work model, including one required in-person visit per month. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver collaboration to drive meaningful progress.

The position offers a competitive pay rate up to $90/hour, with negotiable rates based on experience, and licensure support through the LBA Expansion Program.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
