Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This is a hybrid position with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently licensed
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards
