BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

The position offers up to $90/hour, negotiable by experience, with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure required or eligible.
• Master's degree in ABA/related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
