Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and allows mostly remote work with scheduled onsite support.

The position includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families and care teams to achieve meaningful clinical progress. Nebraska licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education
