Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and experience with children with autism is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong clinical, organizational skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and deliver in-person sessions at homes or schools.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
