Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires Nebraska licensure or eligibility, a master's degree in a related field, and experience with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
