BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and allows mostly remote work.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress, with licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

BCBA | Up to $90/Hour + Flexible Hybrid Schedule

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Rates are negotiable based on experience
