Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. The position is hybrid, with mostly remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful clinical progress. The role requires Nebraska licensure eligibility and a master's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in relevant field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
