Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. This is a hybrid position, allowing largely remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
