Job summary

BK Behavior is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, and licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain it is required.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
