BK Healthcare Management in the United States seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Applicants should have Nebraska licensure or be willing to obtain it, and hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis,

Competenze

• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Mansioni

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
