Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid position allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to promote meaningful progress while adhering to ethical standards and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure status.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards.

Education

Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
