Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to advance meaningful clinical progress while maintaining robust documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with ABA for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)

Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
