Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one in-person visit per month to support on-site clinical collaboration.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while ensuring ethical and clinical standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
