Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Nebraska for a hybrid role with mostly remote work and one required in-person visit per month. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive progress.

The ideal candidate holds Nebraska BCBA licensure or is eligible to obtain it, has a Master’s degree in a related field, and preferred ABA experience with autism or developmental

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Eligible for or holds Nebraska BCBA licensure (or willing to obtain).
Experience providing ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to meet treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
