Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows most work to be conducted remotely with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Nebraska licensure or eligibility is required, with ongoing support for licensure renewal.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience ABA for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
