Job summary

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or current
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals; maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
