Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in Nebraska. This is a hybrid position with one required in-person visit per month, allowing mostly remote work while maintaining clinical contact.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensure in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
