Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while maintaining ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
