Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule to deliver neurodiversity‑affirming ABA care for children and to lead a transdisciplinary team. You’ll guide clinical programming while balancing supervision, scheduling, and client care responsibilities.

Compensation includes a salary range of $101,512–$126,890 plus a second bonus up to 10% of monthly base salary, generous paid time off, CEU stipend, and benefits such as license reimbursement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians to empower them to make a lasting difference.
