You’ll oversee a team of behavior technicians, develop individualized programming, and lead BCBA-level initiatives while maintaining work-life balance through predictable hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA patients.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians and supervise caseloads.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans.
