Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. The role offers a hybrid schedule with one required in-person visit per month, enabling remote work most of the time.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Nebraska licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree required in applicable field.
• Experience with ABA services for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
