Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Naperville and surrounding areas. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, lead a team of behavior technicians, and balance clinical care with administrative duties to support families and children with developmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.

• Lead a transdisciplinary team, including behavior technicians (BTs), to empower lasting impact for children.
• Provide scheduling, billing, and credentialing support to focus on clinical care.
