Job summary

POPs ABA NC LLC is seeking compassionate, clinically skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services in North Carolina. This hybrid role combines remote clinical responsibilities with in-person services in client homes and other approved settings.

The employment options include Full-Time W-2 hybrid positions or Part-Time 1099 independent contractor opportunities with in-person requirements as needed. Flexible schedules and payer requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with NC license (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis or related field.
• Experience with ABA assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and data-based decision-making.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and professional judgment.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and maintain a secure remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, functional behavior assessments, and direct clinical observations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans, measurable goals, and behavior intervention plans based on data and medical necessity.
• Provide clinical supervision, modeling, performance feedback, and protocol modifications for behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families and authorized interdisciplinary partners.
• Monitor progress, treatment integrity, and service effectiveness; adjust programming as clinically indicated.
• Prepare timely, accurate treatment reports, clinical notes, supervision documentation, and authorization-related materials.
• Maintain ethical practice, confidentiality, and compliance with North Carolina licensure, BACB standards, and applicable payer requirements.
