Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of clinicians delivering ABA therapy. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work, with support from BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs to provide high-quality services to children and families.

The ideal candidate holds active BCBA certification, a Master’s in a related field, and NC licensure or eligibility, with strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
