Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in North Carolina with a hybrid work arrangement including in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants and emphasize strong clinical support and career growth within a flexible practice.

Qualifications

Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
