Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical tasks.

The position supports both full-time and part-time scheduling with strong clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and pathways for licensure expansion. Eligible candidates will bring NC licensure or eligibility and a master's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
