BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

We offer flexibility for full-time or part-time positions, strong clinical support, and opportunities for long-term career growth, with compensation ranging from $55 to $100 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
