Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid setup, blending in-home services with supervision and remote clinical duties.

Ideal candidates hold NC licensure, with a master's in a related field; experience with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred. The role offers full- or part-time options, strong clinical support, and pathways for licensure expansion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education
