Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to our clients in the State of Maryland.

We offer 6 months of paid training, opportunities for career advancement, and mentoring through peer groups and supervision of paraprofessionals. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with benefits including health insurance, 401K, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and MD licensure (LBA) in Maryland.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and supervisory skills.
• Experience training and supervising paraprofessionals.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability of ABA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of ABA programs and supervise paraprofessionals.
• Conduct client assessments and supervise program progress.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies.
• Coordinate with families to implement behavior plans.
• Ensure compliance with MD regulations and ethical guidelines.

You will have the opportunity to create real change for children and their families by:

Providing client assessments

Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing the performance of programs, and adjusting as necessary

Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers

Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD

Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments

Display excellent clinical competence and judgment

Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity

Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
