Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role providing ABA services to children and families across the state. The position combines in-home assessments, supervision of technicians, and remote clinical responsibilities.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain thorough documentation, and support ongoing professional growth through our mentorship and licensure expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for or current NC licensure in BCBA track.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
