Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across a hybrid model, combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical tasks. The role supports children and families and offers flexibility with full- or part-time options.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and care teams to meet treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding NC licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
