BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Nebraska, offering flexibility to work remotely with one required in-person visit per month. You will assess behavior, design ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes.

We provide extensive training and ongoing clinical support, with state licensure assistance and a focus on professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
